How to pay the deposit?

Generally speaking, we may charge 30% payment as deposit after place order. For more details, please contact our salesmen.

What’s the condition of your product?

Generally we can provide four conditions: new original, new generic, original used and original refurbish.

Can you produce according to the samples?

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?

Normally we could ship by DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT express, freight prepaid or collect, it would take 3-5 days on the way.We will send the tracking number to you once get it.

A: Within the warranty, returning postage happening in China will be free of charge. (Returns happening outside China mainland excluded.)
